I am writing to affirm my experience with you and Batista Residential Electric.
In the 12 plus years I have been a resident of Cape Coral I have owned several condos
and homes. This required that I deal with many small contractors to address the
myriad of issues created by living in NY and managing real estate in FL.
In the course of doing business I was exposed to “good, the bad and even the ugly”
experiences working with contractors. My experience with Batista Residential Electric
was so far above my best experiences, I had to put it in writing.
I was amazed that you responded to my phone message in 3 hours – 4 of the other
7 electricians I called never even called me back. You took the time to understand
what I needed to accomplish by asking a bunch of job relevant questions. You even
asked me about time and dollar boundaries to make sure the job was right for your
company. I actually began to think I could trust you.
You showed up at the various jobs when you said you would and did what I needed
to have done when I needed it. You charged what I feel was a fair price for a good
job and even through in a couple of small repairs I was unaware of at no charge.
Based upon 30 plus years of hiring contractors and subcontractors, your attitude,
philosophy and delivery are outstanding. Keep up the good work. You’ll get all of
